Over the past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of crafting experiences that improve people’s lives, enrich culture, and scale businesses. I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with exceptionally talented developers, designers, project managers, producers, business leaders, and C-suite executives to deliver award-winning experiences.

My practice focuses on creating digital experiences that enhance daily life and improve how people interact with the world. With expertise in Service Design, UX Design, and Information Architecture, supported by my Graphic Design training from OCAD, I can seamlessly navigate various industries within the digital and customer experience space, including healthcare, agriculture, education, marketing, government, and retail.

While Service Design and UX Design share common foundations—like design thinking and methodologies—my approach to each varies based on the context, goals, and environment. In Service Design, I take a multi-discovery process to deeply understand complex systems, while UX Design involves rapid learning and iteration through sprints, focusing on delivering engaging product experiences. Like an octopus and a chameleon, I adapt to each situation, using different strategies. Let me illuminate this distinction through the lens of two remarkable creatures known for their adaptability: the octopus and the chameleon.

Service Design
In Service Design, just as the octopus navigates complex environments with strategic precision, my approach in Service Design is analytical and methodical, focused on understanding systems, solving complex challenges, and driving long-term success.

User Experience Design
In UX Design, I adopt the chameleon’s ability to adapt and blend seamlessly into its surroundings. This allows me to prioritize empathy, human connection, and emotional insight, crafting experiences that are intuitive and engaging, while fitting naturally into users' lives.

My Philosophy :
Growth Mindset and Curiosity Cultivator
As an optimistic realist, I don’t dwell on whether the glass is half full or half empty—I focus on the fact that there’s water in the glass. More importantly, I ask: why is there water in the glass? What is it for? And what kind of container is holding it? This mindset drives my ability to see opportunities where others may not. This approach has become my superpower—finding potential in chaos and light in darkness. I believe in fostering this way of thinking where curiosity leads the way, encouraging fresh ideas and new perspectives.

A major source of fulfillment in my career has come from the incredible mentors who helped me break through my own barriers and reach new heights. Their guidance has profoundly shaped how I aspire to lead, and it inspires my commitment to helping others do the same. I believe everyone has unique potential, and with the right support, they can shine brightly. Wherever I go, it’s important to me that I create a space where people feel supported, motivated, and inspired—helping them discover their own superpowers while doing meaningful work. My career success stems from collaboration and empowering both teammates and consumers to bring their solutions to the table.

Let me help champion your people, as I’m always dedicated to championing individuals and their goals.
